Static Load
Load supported when the pallet remains stationary on a flat, solid floor.
Dynamic Load

Why Are One-Way Plastic Pallets Usually Black?
Many low-cost plastic export pallets use recycled HDPE or PP. A black colour helps accommodate normal recycled-resin colour variation and supports a consistent appearance across economical bulk production.

What is a one-way export pallet?
It is a pallet used on a shipment where the original exporter does not require the pallet to be returned, exchanged or entered into a pallet-pooling system. One-way does not necessarily mean the pallet can physically be used only once.
Do plastic export pallets require fumigation?
Plastic pallets are not regulated solid-wood packaging under ISPM 15, so they do not require the treatment applied to regulated solid wood. Buyers should still confirm destination, cargo and industry-specific requirements.
Why are low-cost export plastic pallets often black?
Many are made with recycled HDPE or PP. Black colour helps manage normal recycled-material colour variation and is common in cost-sensitive industrial and export applications.
Which export pallet size should I choose?
Choose the footprint according to cargo dimensions, destination market, container plan and receiving equipment. Common options include 1200 × 800, 1200 × 1000 and 1100 × 1100 mm.
Can a nestable export pallet be used on a rack?
Not unless that exact model has a verified rack load for the intended beam span and support condition. Static and dynamic load ratings do not prove rack suitability.
What is required for an accurate export pallet quote?
