Terms of Service

By accessing and using Preface Plast's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our manufacturing services, including but not limited to plastic pallet production, custom molding, and related logistics solutions.

Preface Plast provides comprehensive plastic pallet manufacturing services, including:

• Custom plastic pallet design and production
• Injection molding and rotational molding services
• Custom color matching and logo integration
• Quality assurance and certification services

All products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and comply with international certifications including CE, REACH, RoHS, SGS, FDA, and GRS.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Preface Plast. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be provided within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date and are subject to change based on raw material costs and order specifications.

Preface Plast maintains rigorous quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process:

Each production batch is supervised by quality control personnel with 5+ years of experience to ensure consistent product quality.

Delivery terms are specified in each purchase order and may vary based on order size, customization requirements, and destination. Standard delivery timeframes:

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Preface Plast will assist with shipping arrangements but is not responsible for carrier delays or damages in transit.

Preface Plast warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from delivery date.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of discovery. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Preface Plast's discretion.

All designs, specifications, and manufacturing processes developed by Preface Plast remain our intellectual property. Custom tooling and molds developed for specific clients remain the property of Preface Plast unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and brand elements provided for integration into products. Preface Plast agrees to maintain confidentiality of proprietary client information.

Neither party may use the other's intellectual property without express written consent, except as necessary to fulfill the terms of specific purchase orders.

Preface Plast's liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if Preface Plast has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
